Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide to most international regions from Stockholm, Sweden (EU). If there is no shipping option available for your destination, please email us at hello@thetablelove.com, and we will help you find a solution.

 

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days (during sales this can be slower). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from hello@thetablelove.com. You can use the tracking number to follow the status of your delivery.

 

Tracking Information

For Standard Shipping via Post, tracking numbers starting with "SEXXXXXX" are best tracked via the local postal service of the destination country. Links to postal services for frequently shipped-to countries are listed below:

Shipping Methods

We ship most orders via Post (standard shipping), UPS, or DHL, with delivery to the nearest pickup point.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Sweden: 2-3 business days. 
EU: 4-8 business days. 
Rest of the world: Varies depending on location.


Approximate Delivery Times (Based on Previous Shipments):

US (East Coast): 4-9 days. 
US (West & South): 5-9 days. 
UK: 4-8 days. 
Switzerland/Norway: 3-7 days. 
Hong Kong: 3-10 days. 
UAE: 4-8 days. 
Customs Delays: The Customs Authority in your country can sometimes delay these times. Table Love is not responsible for such delays.

 

Holiday Shipping

Allow more time during holiday seasons. Shipping dates for Christmas will be posted online.

 

Duties and Taxes

  • VAT is included in all prices during checkout, but import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included. You will be responsible for paying these at the time of delivery.
  • Your order will be shipped using the DAP (Delivered at Place) service, and you may be contacted by our courier to pay any additional duties, taxes, or local VAT on arrival in your country. We have no control over these charges, as they vary by country. It's advisable to check with your local customs office before ordering to avoid unexpected charges.

 

Returned Parcels Due to Unpaid Customs Charges

-If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, you will be responsible for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling fees. These costs will be deducted from any refund.

 

Uncollected Packages

- If you do not collect your package or rearrange delivery within the courier’s given time limit, it will be returned to us. In some countries, this return process can take up to 90 days. You will be responsible for all return delivery costs, fees, and restocking fees.

- Please note, we only insure parcels on their route to the buyer. Uncollected parcels being returned to us are not insured.

 

Made-to-Order & Special Orders

- Made-to-Order Items

These are custom orders produced specifically for the customer, usually taking 2-6 weeks depending on design and material. Full payment is required before production begins. These items are non-returnable.

- Pre-Orders

  Items made especially for the customer are non-returnable.

- Vintage & Special Objects

  Vintage and special objects are non-returnable.

- Sale Items / Reduced Items / Campaign Codes

Any items bought on sale, or with reduced pricing or campaign codes, are non-returnable.

 

Returns

- EU Returns: 

We only accept returns of unused and unopened products. All returns must be made within 14 days of ordering. You must request a return authorization via email (hello@thetablelove.com) or WhatsApp (+46707149143).

- Cotton & Linen 

For cotton & linen returns, we have the strictest standards. Items must not be handled without care and must be returned in mint condition or the return will be rejected. Odours are also inspected.

- Return Authorization

Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization number, and the return must be sent to the following address:

- Costs and Deductions: 

Shipping and packaging costs will be deducted from any refund. You will also be liable for any import duties, quotas, permits, and other local requirements during the return process.

 

- Returns Outside of the EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, HONG KONG):

We are currently unable to accept returns on any sales outside the EU.

 

Faulty Items & Damages

- Inspection Upon Delivery:

We ask that you inspect goods upon delivery. If items are damaged, sign for them as such and notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence via hello@thetablelove.com.

- Handmade Variations

Our products are handmade using organic materials and may will have slight variations. If we have sent them to you, we have inspected them and deemed them beautiful. If there is any damage, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will attempt to replace the item as quickly as possible.

Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification within 5-10 days regarding the status of your refund.

  - If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit applied to your original payment method. It may take 3-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

- If the returned items are not eligible for a refund (e.g., opened, used, odours or damaged), no refund will be issued. We will contact you for further resolution.

Unclaimed Shipments

- If parcels are returned to Table Love AB due to the recipient not redeeming packages, not being available for notification, refusing delivery, or providing incorrect name/address/contact details, Table Love AB will charge a fee.
