La Riga Placemat

Woven in Italy by an 8th-generation family weaving mill, La Riga celebrates the quiet elegance of classic stripes. Crafted from beautifully weighty linen, the fabric has a substantial hand that immediately elevates the table, while delicate hemstitched edges add a refined, artisanal finish.

This is the kind of textile that only grows better with time. With each wash the linen softens, developing the relaxed character and patina that make great table linens so beloved — pieces meant to be used often and enjoyed for years.

La Riga pairs effortlessly with many of our napkins. For a joyful spring or Easter table, it works beautifully with the Gallo napkins, while the stripes also complement the playful charm of our Limone, Mushroom, and Lily of the Valley designs. Equally elegant on its own, the placemat creates a timeless setting when layered with a simple white linen napkin.

We have been working with this family-owned Italian weaving house since the very beginning of Table Love in 2021, and their craftsmanship continues to be among the finest we know. The quality of their linens — durable, tactile, and made to last — is something we truly stand behind.
